摘要
本文研究了一种测定硒的新方法,间接石墨炉原子吸收光谱法.该法使Se(Ⅳ)与Cd(DDTC)2置换进而转化为测镉,灵敏度大大提高,特征质量达到0.40(pg/1%吸收),理论检出极限为0.01μg/L,相对标准偏差为4.8%,标准曲线在0.01~1.0μg/L范围内线性良好,对自来水、头发等样品进行了测定,回收率在95~103%之间。
A new method for the determination of selenium was developed. The method in which Se(IV) replaces Cd of Cd(DDTC)2enables the sensitivity to be enhanced. A characteristic mass of 0.40(pg/ 0.0044A)and a detection limit of 0.01μg/ L were obtained. The RSD was 4.8%. The linearity was good over the range 0.01μg / L~1.0μg / L. The methods were applied to some samples.The recoverie range was 95~103% respectively.
