摘要
目的了解徐州铁路地区传染病监测工作的现状。方法按常规报告和哨点监测，对2004-2005年传染病监测情况进行统计分析。结果在常规报告工作中，2005年报告发病率比2004年下降50．53％；在哨点监测中，2005年监测人数比2004年有所下降，发热门诊病人减少67．40％，腹泻病人减少51．35％。结论目前徐州铁路地区的报告传染病发病率和哨点监测人数呈下降趋势。在铁路实行政企、政社分开之后，铁路疾控系统是否需要继续开展、如何开展传染病监测工作．将是一个值得研究的问题。
Objective To understand the present situation of infectious disease monitoring in Xuzhou railroad area. Methods In accordance with the normal report and the sentry post, separately, the status of infectious disease monitoring from 2004 to 2005 was investigated and the data were analyzed statistically. Results In the normal report, the incidence of diseases dropped by 50.53% in 2005 compared with 2004. In sentry post monitoring, the monitoring persons in 2005 decreased compared with 2004, and fever outpatients decreased by 67.40%, diarrhea by 51.35%. Conclusions At the present, the report infectious disease incidence and the sentry post monitor persons are decreased in Xuzhou railroad area. Whether or not the railway system need monitor continuously and how to monitor the infectious diseases should be discussed.
