摘要
建立了高效毛细管电泳法分离测定槐角丸中的4种有效成分——染料木素、芸香苷、黄芩苷、没食子酸。采用未涂层石英毛细管柱,以15mmol/L硼砂缓冲液(pH9.0)-5mmol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液为运行缓冲液,检测波长214nm。以槲皮素为内标,槐角丸中4种有效成分在12min内分离良好,分别在4.96~29.76、12.80~76.80、17.20~103.20和10.44~62.64μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。
A high performance capillary electrophoresis method was established for the determination of genistein, turin, baicalin and gallic acid in Huaijiao pills. An uncoated silica capillary was used with the running buffer solution of 15mmol/L borate buffer solution(pH 9.0)-5mmol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution. The detection wavelength was 214nm. The four effective components were well separated within 12min with quercetin as the internal standard. The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 4.96 - 29.76, 12.80 - 76.80, 17.20 - 103.20 and 10.44 - 62.64μg/ml, respectively.
