How to determine atomic ground state from element electron configuration is a very complicated, troublesome and time consuming coures. Combined with real condition, this article describes a simple method of determining atomic ground state from electron configuration drawn up by the author herself in accordance with W.Pauli Principle, F.Hund Rules and Half number Laws. Meanwhile, 3 kinds of element have been tested and verified.
