摘要 从作物需水与水土保持角度分析了黄土原区水资源特征提出了雨养农业是黄土原区农业的根本出路.要把利用土壤水库、森林水库蓄集大气降水作为农田需水的主要供给途径,以有限的地表水和潜水资源发展灌溉作为补充水源,并在此基础上设计了农田用水的“蓄、调、补” The paper analyses water resources characteristic of the Loess Yuan area from angle of crops water requirement and water land keeping, it is believed that rain nourishing agriculture is the basic way of Loess Yuan area, and it is proposed to utilize the plentiful rain saved by the soil reservoir and the forest reservoir as main supplying way of crops water requirement. It is pointed out that the limited surface water and phreatic water resource should be utilized to develop irrigation as a complement water resource, and accordingly, “saving、adjusting、complementing” model of farmland water use is designed.
