摘要
本文提出了一种分析有源SC滤波网络的新方法。它不但能方便地分析含理想运放而且也能分析含单极点运放的SC滤波器。该方法列写方程简单规范,因此非常适宜SC网络的机辅分析。
A new method to analyze active switched-capacitor(SC) filter networks is proposed. It is based on the capacitance matrix C, charge transfer matrix D defined in this paper and well-known charge conservation principle. The method can not only analyze the SC network containg nonideal (single-pole model) operational amplifiers (OAs), but also analyze the SC one with idel OAs. Using the method, closed formal expression of transfer functions for the first or second-order SC circuits with nonideal OAs can be obtained by manual operation-s. Besides, this approach is particularly suitable for computeraided analysis of active SC networks because it is very simple and normalize for us to write and find the equations.The exa-mle is given to illustrate the technique.
