摘要
应用全厚皮片移植修复治疗183例颈部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患者,术后经3～5年随访观察效果确切.并对全厚皮片术后易发生收缩的问题,进行讨论.
It is usually a difficult thing for the plastic surgeon to treat the patients with scar constracture deformity of neck.We have treated 183 cases of this kind patients by means of full skin graft and achived good resuits Though the contraction of the skin grafts were unavoldable after the operation the tendative man- agomnet may be available during or after the operation.
