γ线照射鼠移植肿瘤血管组织学与影像学关系的研究
摘要
射线对肿瘤微血管系统的损伤作用,是其发挥抗肿瘤效应的重要方面。实验观察了鼠移植肿瘤γ线照射后微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)及动态增强CT扫描肿瘤组织强化值(perfusion index,PI)的关系,旨在将动态增强CT扫描用于评价肿瘤微循环的变化是否符合照射对肿瘤血管的影响。
