摘要
在对湖南省高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务现状进行调查与分析的基础上,提出了改进高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的建议。
Based on investigating and analyzing on the present status of the virtual reference consulting service of university libraries in Hunan Province, this paper advances some suggestions on improving the virtual reference consulting service of university library.
