摘要
新世纪,为更好服务现实,会计管理理念须从物本管理走向人本管理,并实现合理整合;会计管理体系国家化与会计信息国际化须有机结合,研究方法须不断创新。文章首先对会计管理体系作了简要介绍,并针对性的地阐述了某大型企业集团的一系列改革措施。最后,提出该集团会计管理体系的改革方向。
In the new century, in order to serve the reality better, accounting management idea has to move towards humanistic management from hylic management, and realizes reasonable conformity; accounting management system nationalization and the accounting information internationalization must integrate organically, and the research technique must unceasingly innovate. The article first makes a brief introduction to accounting management system, and then elaborates the Kailuan Group＇s a series of reform measures pertinently; finally, proposes the reform direction of Kailuan Group＇s accounting management system.
