摘要
建国以来,我国的水库对经济建设和保障人民生命财产安全方面起到了很大的作用,与此同时,水库集水区灌溉农业的发展对水库的水环境和水资源也产生了一系列的问题,在分析集水区灌溉农业对水库及其周边影响的基础上,提出了以生态经济为依托解决该问题的思路。
Since 1949, reservoir has been playing an important role in developing economy and protecting life and property, while there are a series of problems in water resources and water environment of reservoir owing to irrigated farming. By analyzing the influence of irrigated farming to reservoir and its surrounding area, developing ecological economy is viewed as the final solution.
