摘要
在非物质文化遗产保护中,开展民俗保护工作,首先需要讨论一些基本原则问题,明确理论框架,然后,需要讨论建立民俗保护区的基本原则和方案思路,搭建工作框架。在此基础上,争取做到对民俗文化的群体保护、功能保护和平等保护,维护遗产主体的文化自尊和文化权利,促进对非物质文化遗产的全面保护。
In the protection of non-material cultural heritage,some basic principles need to be discussed and the theoretical framework established.Then the essential principles and plans for building up protected areas of folklore are to be specified.Only on that basis can we strive for collective,functional and equal protection of the non-material cultural heritages,maintaining the cultural self-esteem and rights of the heritage subjects,and promoting the overall practice of protection for the non-material cultural heritages.
