摘要
本文用一种较为简便的方法分析了金属包层对脊形波导光学特性的影响,实算结果表明本方法具有较高的精度。
A simple and convenient method is presented for analysing the effect of metal cladding on the optical characteristics of ridge waveguides. The computed result shows that this method yields a higher accuracy.
