摘要
本文在简要分析中部塌陷的原因后,主要从财政和税收两个角度着手,就如何推动中部崛起提出了一系列的政策建议。
This text has analysed the reason why the middle part collapses briefly at first, then through angles of finance and tax revenue, put forward a series of policy recommendations as to how to promote the emergence of the middle part.
