摘要
文章对澳大利亚非营利组织管理作了简略介绍,并就澳大利亚非营利组织与我国事业单位进行了分析比较,最后就其对我国事业单位改革的启示进行了讨论。
This paper introduced the management of Australia Non - profit Organization and then compared Australia NPO with China public institution. At last, the inspiration to the reform of China public institution was discussed.
