Enterprise merger and acquisition （M＆A） exerted a great impact on its financial frame work and brought about corresponding financial risks. From the meaning of financial risks arising from enterprise M＆A and the M＆A process to identify the potential risks, the author found the potential risks and discussed the corresponding methods or measures. The final result is that enterprise management has to make a careful analysis of financial risks and to take effective preventive measures in the course of enterprise M＆A. In this way , it will contribute to the success of Enterprise M＆A. 11 refs .
