摘要
主要阐述了SOM建筑师事务所在结构方面的探索成果,并逐一举例,分析说明结构在建筑中的地位．精巧的结构体系可以成就建筑之美,创新结构措施应对地震,可以减少灾害损失,合理的结构设计可以增加经济效益和社会效益,结构设计统筹考虑,多专业兼顾,实现建筑的可持续发展．
This paper mainly elaborates the developments SOM has made in construction, and several typical examples to manifest the important role of construction in helping from the beautiful architecture, cope with earthquake, enlarge income and make great efforts in sustainable development.
