摘要
建设社会主义新农村,关键是人。“三农”问题的本质是农民问题。发展教育,培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,提高农民的整体素质,是建设社会主义新农村的必由之路。在这个过程中,现代远程教育以其自身的特点和优势,具有不可替代的地位和作用。
The key role is the man in the process of building up new countryside under the social-ism. The essence of the problem called ＂SAN NONG＂ is the problem related most with our peasants. Developing the education to raise the new peasants with all kinds of knowledge, a lot of techniques, and the capability of managing, at last to improve peasants＇ overall qualities, which is the way we must be taken if we hope to construct new countryside under the socialism. In this process, according to its own characteristics and the superiority, the modern long-distance education has the status and the function which will not be substituted.
