紧密角管藻的有性生殖研究 被引量:5

摘要 1994年7月在厦门近岸分离紧密角管藻(CC13纯系),培养研究有性生殖过程和氮营养、光条件对生殖的影响。结果显示,该藻卵配生殖中,复大孢子形成后,在它里面形成一个休眠孢子,然后休眠孢子再发育成大型的原初细胞。氮营养丰富时,只有小型细胞(D<51μm)能够性化,并且只产生雄配子,氮营养贫乏可以诱导中型细胞(D<51μm)同时产生雌雄配子。每天12h光照和11μEin/(s·m2)光强度最有利于性化。研究结果表明,紧密角管藻有性周期中形成休眠孢子是中心硅藻的一种特殊繁殖模式;性化除依赖于适当的细胞大小外,氮贫乏可以诱导较大型细胞性化,与休眠孢子形成的条件密切相关;光周期效应体现该藻为中日性植物。 Cerataulina compacta Ostenfeld (clone CC13) was collected from Xiamen coast in July 1994. Observations of the sexual process of this diatom and the effects of nitrogen nutrition and light condition on its sexualization showed that auxospore formation was followed by a resting spore formation directly within the auxospore, and the resting spore developed into large initial cell. Vegetative cells gradully recovered its largest cells through sexualixation. Under nitrogen rich condition, only small cells (d<17pm) could sexualize and only produced male gametes- Nitrogen depletion could induce middle cells (d<51μm) to sexualize and dif ferenciate to male or female gametes. 12h light periods each day and 11μEin/(s·m2) light intensity were optimal for sexualization. The results indicated that, the formation of resting spore in sexual cycle of C. compacta is a special reproduction mode in centric diatoms; in addition to suitable cell size, nitrogen depletion can induce larger cell to sexualize, Which is related to the condition of resting spore formation; Photoperiods shows this diatom is intermediate-day plant.
