摘要
为提高我国特高压输变电工程的国产化能力,我国高压开关制造公司在引进消化国外公司1100kVGIS制造技术的同时,立足自主创新和国产化目标,向国家第1条1000kV试验线路提供1100kV GIS国产化设备。在国产化的研制过程中,根据1100kV GIS的研制基础、技术参数及性能结构,同时采用多种计算分析方法对设备进行分析,如母线绝缘结构计算分析、套管电场计算分析、绝缘件机械应力分析等,验证了国产化1100kV GIS设备的可靠性,证实了我国特高压输变电设备的国产化能力。
Having digested the foreign imported 1 100 kV GIS technology to improve the localized manufacturers' capability for UHV transmission and distribution projects, the Chinese HV switehgear manufactures provided with domestig 1 100 kV GIS equipment for the 1^st state 1 000 kV transmission line project. Based on the R&D, technical specifications and structures of 1 100 kVGIS, the reliability of the equipment have been validated by various computing methods, such as bus bar insulation structural analysis, bushing electrical field analysis, insulator mechanical stress analysis, etc..
