摘要
本文将导纱成形机构的振动问题简化为一力学模型。分析了由于凸轮传动轴部分和钢领板部分的弹性变形所引起的振动,结果使钢领板的实际位移与理论位移之间发生偏差,影响了卷装成形质量。最后提出了减少这偏差的途径。
In a bobbin winding mechanism, the actual displacement of ring rail differs from itsdesigned value due to the elastic characteristics of machine parts, chiefly the cam shaft andring rail. This is the major cause of the package build. In this paper, a modelized treatment ofthe problem is presented and measures of improving are discussed.
