摘要
采用新型Ca^(2+)荧光指示剂Fura-2建立双波长法测定兔MCAO局灶脑缺血后脑片神经细胞内游离钙([Ca^(2+)]_i),结果显示脑缺血后神经元[Ca^(2+)]_i明显升高。
Brain slice free calcium concentration after MCAO in rabbit was determined with Ca2+-indicator Fura-2/AM. The results of the study showed that the intracellular free calcium concentration was significantly higher in ischemic brain slice than in normal brain slice.
