摘要
目的评价全省实施结核病控制(DOTS)策略4年的效果。方法利用各项目单位的月报表、季报表及督导检查资料进行分析。结果2002年至2005年全省发现活动性肺结核病人分别为9158、30279、41157、54869例,其中新发涂阳肺结核病人分别为2743、5846、12751、28329例,新涂阳登记率分别为4.3、9.2、19.9、44.2/10万,2003年至2005年新发涂阳肺结核病人治愈率分别为82.8%、82.8%、89.3%。结论全面实施DOTS策略有力地推动了全省的结核病防治工作,新发涂阳肺结核病人的发现率、治愈率都有了较大的提高。
Objective To evaluate the effects of the 4 - years strategy of DOTS control over tuberculosis in Anhui province. Methods The monthly and the quarterly reports forms and other materials of every project units had been collected and analyzed. Results During the period of 2002 to 2005 ,detected activity pulmonary tuberculosis were 9158,30279,41157,54869 respectively in Anhui province, in which new smear- positive were 2743,5846,12751,28329, respectively, new notification rate of smear-positive was 4.3,9.2,19.9,44.2 per million respectively, During the period of 2003 to 2005 ,the cured rates were 82. 8% ,82.8% and 89.3% ,respectively. Conclusion Application of DOTS control tuberculosis has significantly improved on the case - detected rate and the cured rate.
