摘要
目的探讨换血疗法在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用。方法25例重度高胆红素血症新生儿采用换血疗法,对换血前后血常规、电解质、血糖、胆红素进行测定和分析。结果换血后血清间接胆红素下降50%以上,外周血管同步换血法较脐静脉单管不同步换血法术后贫血程度轻(P<0.05),住院时间短(P<0.01),两组间差异有显著性。结论外周动静脉同步换血疗法操作简便易掌握,疗效好,副作用少。
Objective To investingate the applications of exchange transfusion for neonates hyperbilirubinemia. Methotis 25 neonates with severe hyperbilirubinemia were treat by exchange transfusion. The blood routine examination, the level of blood electrolytes, blood glucose and bilirub in were detected and analyzed. Results Therapy of the two groups were all effective, indirect bilirubin level were lowered by 50%, the anemia and period of treatment had been improved significantly with peripheral arteries and veins exchange transfusion（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Simultaneous exchange transfusion via peripheral blood vessels is simple, safe practicable and effective with few complications for neonates.
