摘要
将人体语言,即人的动作、姿态、举止等信息,引入女子单杠骑撑前回环普修课教学中,并采用对比实验法进行教学实验,以此探寻运用人体语言在体操教学中的作用。经实验得知:人体语言用于体操教学将有利于学生理解和掌握动作技术,在一定程度上降低学生动作测验时的焦虑水平,促使学生保持稳定情绪,加快教学进度,提高教学质量。
ody languages are the information of the person' s actions,postures and manners,etc.In order to investigate the roles of body languages in the gymnastics teaching,the language wereapplicated into the general gym nastic course of women' s right leg straddle support to circle on the lowhorizontal bar and the comparative experimenis were carried out.The results showed that theapplication of the body languages in to gymnastic teaching was beneficial for the application of the bodylanguages into gym nastic teaching was beneficial for the students' understanding and mastering themotion techniques,and at the certain degree,relieved the students' anxiety when they took test andstablized their morale,So that,the teaching proceed was speeded upand the teaching quality wasraised.
