摘要 应用透射电镜观察了鳜鱼咽部味蕾的超微结构。鳜鱼的味蕾主要由暗细胞、明细胞和基底细胞组成。每个明细胞被暗细胞所环绕,而整个味蕾与周围的表皮细胞有明显的区别。暗细胞、明细胞约占味蕾的4/5。暗细胞多为不规则形状,且有较多的线粒体和高尔基复合体等细胞器;明细胞的形状则较规则,核多为卵圆形,细胞质中分布着内质网及细长形的线粒体;基底细胞位于味蕾的基部,细胞核大。在暗细胞和明细胞的顶端(游离面)有绒毛状的突起,而在基底面则与大量的神经纤维相联系。 The ultrastructure of the taste bud in pharynx of Siniperca chuatsi (Basilewsky) was observed under a electron microscope. The taste bud mainly consisted of three parts, transmission the dark cells, light cells, and basal cell, which differed obviously from the epidemal cells around. Both the dark cells and light cells accounted for about 4/5 of the cells in the tasted buds. The dark cells were irregular in shape and rich in mitoehondria and Golgi apparatus. The light cells contained a lots of endoplasmic reticulums and long-nar-row shaped mitochondria. The baseel cells were located on the base of the taste bud and had a large nucleu.
