摘要
本文阐述在小口径单针筒圆纬机上编织双面毛圈的工艺过程,设计了新的沉降片和走针轨迹,提出用二次弯纱一次成圈编织双面毛圈的新工艺,并成功地制成了样机和编出了质量较好的双面毛圈织物。
A two-sided knitting process on knitting machine of sigle small diameter cylinder is
described in this article, and new type of sinkers and needle trace are redesigned in addition
to the creation of its new technology for knitting two-sided terry through twice stitching
and single loop forming. Also a prototype machine is successfully manufactured with two-
sided terry fabric of fairly good quality knitted on it
