摘要
目的:探讨多普勒超声Tei指数检测对于甲状腺功能亢进症(以下简称甲亢)患者左心功能评价的价值。方法:采用多普勒超声检测甲亢患者的左室Tei指数,与正常对照组左室Tei指数进行比较分析。结果:甲亢患者的左室多普勒超声Tei指数高于正常对照组,差异有显著统计学意义。结论:甲亢患者的左心功能在甲亢早期即有改变,可能以舒张功能障碍为主。多普勒超声Tei指数检测对甲亢患者左心功能的评价具有较高敏感性,优于常规心功能检查方法。
Objective To investigate the value of Tei index in assessing left ventrieular function of patients with hyperthyroidism. Method Tei index was detected with Doppler echocardiography, and the results of patients with hyperthyroidism and the controls without hyperthyroidism were analyzed. Results Tei index was significantly higher in patients with hyperthyroidism than those without hyperthyroidism. Conclusion The data indicates that left ventricular function of patients with hyperthyroidism has changed in the early time, and diastolic dysfunction maybe primary. Tei index is a parameter with higher sensitivity than common Doppler echocardiography in assessing left ventricular function of patients with hyperthyroidism. Correct examination method is the key to increase repeatability.
