摘要
综述板带轧钢厚度控制技术的发展和产生厚差的原因(主要有:温度、轧制力等)。在带钢厚度自动控制(AGC)中常用的智能算法有神经网络、模糊控制、遗传算法和模糊神经网络,总结其各自的特点及其在AGC中的应用,其中模糊神经网络取模糊控制和神经网络之长而去其所短,有独特的优势,并指出控制理论和智能算法的结合是AGC控制技术发展的大趋势。
The paper analyzes the main reasons influencing the thickness and introduce the trend of thickness control technology. The intelligence algorithms usually used in AGC, such as neural network ,fuzzy control, genetic algorithm and fuzzy neural network, are summarized and compared. Then it can be seen that the fuzzy neural network is combined with fuzzy control and neural network, and has its own advantage.
