摘要
本文研究的钢丝圈与钢领为多点接触,以接触内跑道为主,接触外跑道为辅。一年多的中试表明:钢领已用13个月,估计还可用半年。中试的钢丝圈周期由8天延长至12天;节电2％;千锭时断头降低33％;关车形成的小辫子纱显著下降;散热性能好,对涤棉府绸等产品有利。
The rings and travellers for the author's research are multi-point contact with main contacts on the inner running surface and supplemental contacts on the outer rail. A year of pilot-plant tests show the service life of the rings have last 13 months and will estimately last half a year; the traveller's life can be prolonged from 8 to 12 days;energy saved by 2％; breakage per 1000 spindle hour decreased by 33％; pigtail yarn formed while the frame is shutdown can be reduced remarkably. The couple is good in heat radiation and good for polyester/cotton blended yarns.
