摘要
天津纺织橡胶厂研制的XSD88—38型低硬度胶管由内层(1.5～2毫米)、外层(4～7亳米)和中间增强层(0.2～0.4亳米)三层构成。外层胶的硬度为65°～68°,内层胶的硬度高于外层,采用1～1.5亳米的小套差,不用粘合剂。通过和单层低硬度胶辊的对比试验,该胶辊具有抗绕性强,硬度变化小,不易龟裂、脱壳,变形小,使用寿命长,纺纱质量稳定,制作简便等特点。很值得进一步试验和推广。
XSD28-38 soft cots developed by Tianjin Rubber Textile Accessories Factory consist of inner layer (1.5—2mm), outer layer (4—7mm) and middle reinforced layer (0.2—0.4mm). The hardness of outer layer is 65-68 while that of inner layer is higher with small mounting allowance of 1-1.5mm and elimination of adhesives. Through compartive tests with one layer cots, these threelayer cots have the advantages of strong antilapping, small variation of hardness, difficulty to crack and dropout, small deformation, long service life, stable yarn quality and easy manufacture etc. They are worthy of further trialuse and wider application.
