自行设计并全部采用国产CMOS集成电路制成的SGA241型整经机计长仪,具有功耗低,抗干扰性强,可靠性高等优点。其电路简单,维修方便,读数直观,设经纱长度预置器,停机保持显示,自动停车,可逆计数,改变预置数后可用于其他机械。介绍了主要结构,工作原理,电路和操作。
SAG 241 Model of warp length counter is designed by Shanghai No.2 Textile Machinary Manufacturing Plant and all its CMOS integrated circuits are made in China. The counter has the advantages of low energy consumption, good resistance to disturbance, high reliability and so on. The circuits of it are rather simple and easy to maintain, reading is visual. A warp length presetting device keeps the reading displayed at machine stop and automatic stops the beaming machine when warp length reaches the preset value. The counter is also reversible, and can be used for other kinds of machines by changing the present value only. The author also introduces in his paper the eounter's key structure, operation principle, electric circuits and the operation instruction.
