摘要
患儿男性，２岁７个月，死于肝功能衰竭，经尸检证实为肝静脉闭塞病（ＶＯＤ）．其姐姐亦于３岁时出现类似症状而夭折。姐弟俩均嗜吃茶叶，分析茶叶可能是本病的病因。由茶叶而致的ＶＯＤ在国内文献中尚未见报道。结合文献对ＶＯＤ的病理诊断及其发生机理进行简要讨论。
A 3 year-old boy was admitted to the hospital for history of hepatomegaly and abdominal ascites, and subsequently died of liver failure. The diagnosis of hepatic veno-occlusive disease (VOD) was confirmed by autopsy. His elder sister died of a disease with the same signs and symptoms at 3 years old. They all had the hobby of eating tea leaves, which possibly was the cause of VOD. It is the first case caused by tea reported in Chinese literature. The pathologic diagnostic features and the pathogenesis of VOD were discussed.
