摘要
1988年,对引进的比利时锡林、道夫、盖板、刺辊针布,英国针布与国产南通、无锡针布包卷使用并试验。比利时针布平整度、光洁度、锋利度最好。沈阳刺辊锯齿工作角75°优于85°。比利时针布梳理性能好,结杂最少,CV％值最低,盖板针面负荷明显高于无锡针布。比利时盖板用弯针刷代替盖板毛刷,清洁效果好。总之,比利时针布占很大优势,属国际先进水平。
In 1988, comparative tests were orgnized with Belgian, British, Nantong and Wuxi cylinder, doffer, taker-in wires and flat tops. Beligian card clothing are the best in planeness, finish and sharpness. Shenyang's taker-in wire with 75° working angle is better that 85°wire. Belgian card clothing are good in carding performance with less neps and impurities, lower CV％ values. Loans on its flattop surface are much higher than those on Wuxi flat-top surface. The cleaning results are better with bended-needle stripping wire for Belgian flat tops than with flat fur brushes. In short Belgian card clothing with many advantages are up to world advanced level.
