摘要
为了解小儿单纯厌食症与微量元素锌的关系，自于１９９４年５月至１９９５年５月期间，对１００例单纯厌食症小儿进行了发锌检测，同时选择１００例健康儿童作为对照，结果显示，厌食症组小儿的发锌明显低于对照组，经统计学处理，两者有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），表明单纯厌食症与缺锌有关。本文对缺锌能造成厌食的可能原因进行了探讨，并提出按时添加辅食，改善膳食结构是纠正低锌的重要措施之一。
To understand the relationship between simple children's anorexia andtrace element-Zinc, the Zinc in hair of one hundred children with simple anorexiawas assayed from May in 1994 to May in 1995. Meanwhile 100 of normal childernwere chosen as controls. The result showed that the Zinc in hair of children with theanorexia was remarkably dropped down, compared with the controls (p < 0. 05),which demonstrated that the simple anorexia was concerned with deficiency of Zinc.The deficiency of Zinc might be caused by anorexia. Therefore,we suggest thatit is very important to supply auxiliary food on time and improve the element offood and in some cases the element-Zinc may be administered.
