摘要
本文对以Mach-Zehnder干涉仪结构的单模光纤声传感器及其外差检测进行了理论分析和实验研究,成功地实现了具有相位反馈的外差系统(HPFI),实验结果与文献[6]的基本一致。
In this paper, Both Single-Mode Optical Fiber Acoustic Sensor with Mach-Zehnder Interferometer structure and Heterodyne Detection Technology are studied theoretically and experimentally. The Heterodyne system with Phase Feedback Interferometer (HPFI) is realized successfully. The experimental results agree well with those obtained abroad.
