摘要
以工业淀粉、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2—甲基—2—丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸(AMPS)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为原料,通过共聚制得改性淀粉絮凝剂(SPAM)。该絮凝剂与硫酸铝配合使用,对高浓度洗毛废水进行处理,效果理想,对COD及固体悬浮物的去除率分别达92%及97%以上。絮凝沉淀物中的羊毛脂以溶剂甲苯提取,单独使用絮凝剂SPAM,COD的除去率也很高,且随SPAM的浓度增大而增大,当SPAM浓度达300 mg/L时,COD除去率可达94%,但絮凝物沉降困难,也无法过滤。
A copolymer (SPAM) was prepared with starch, acrylamide (AM), 2-methy-2-acrylamidy-propyl sulfonic acid (AMPS) and Methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium choride (DMC). This copolymer flocculent and Al2 (SO4)3 were been used to treat the wool washing wastewater, which provided by Qinhai First Woolen Spinning Mill, and satisfying results have been got. The removal rate of COD and SS reached 92 % and 97 % respectively. The lanolin in the floceulent deposit was been extracted by solvent of tohiene. A high removal rate of COD can been also got by SPAM only, and raised with the concentration of SPAM. The removal rate of COD reached 94% when the concentration of SPAM was 300 mg/L, but the floocules were difficult to deposit and filtrate.
