摘要
图书馆文化是图书馆逐渐形成的各种规范、价值与理念、习俗与模式、特点与经验。其特征具有继承性、独立性、长期性和精神性。构筑学习型图书馆文化,应从构筑有效促进学习型团队成长与发展的图书馆物质文化、制度文化、精神文化等方面入手。
The norms, values, concepts, customs, models, characteristics of the culture of a learning library have gradually been formed. This library culture is characterized with the spiritual features of heritage, independence and long-term. To construct the learning culture in libraries should be started from the promotion of the cultivation of team spirit, and the development of material, institutional and spiritual culture of libraries.
