摘要
针对目前实弹射击训练结束后缺乏科学、全面、便捷的数据信息记录手段和成绩评价方法的问题,通过分析导弹实弹射击整体过程及成绩评价需求,建立数据记录评价指标体系,运用Client/Server数据库开发技术和模糊综合评判的方法,设计并实现了“导弹实弹射击信息管理系统”。该信息管理系统经实际使用后,验证了需求分析的合理性以及设计实现的科学性,为客观、全面地记录实弹射击训练情况,评价导弹实弹射击训练提供了一种有效的手段。
In view of lacking convenient and comprehensive methods to record the data of the firing practice training, and to estimate its performance for the naval corps. This paper establishes the assessment index system on the base of analyzing the entire missile firing practice course and the demands of performance appraisal. It designs the missile firing practice information management system and implements it by using the Client/Server database and the fuzzy comprehensive assessment. Putting this system into use, the results show that the demand analysis is rationality and the designing is reasonable. It provides an idea way to record the data and evaluate firing practice training comprehensively and objectively.
