摘要
为准确分析装载机工作过程中工作装置的运动以及零件的载荷和强度状况,采用多体动力学仿真软件MSC.ADAMS及其液压模块,建立了工作装置的机械液压耦合仿真模型。其中机械模型为刚柔耦合模型,动臂、连杆、摇臂是可变形的柔性体零件,用有限元软件ANSYS构造,其他为不变形的刚体零件。对装载机工作装置进行一个工作循环的仿真,结果表明仿真模型全面反映了工作装置的运动状况和零件的强度状况。
In order to analyze movement process of a wheel loader working mechanism and to calculate the load and strength of the part, a multi-body system software MSC. ADAMS was applied to build a mechanism-hydraulics coupling system simulation model. The lift arm, lever and link were assumed to be flexible parts, while others were treated as rigid. ANSYS is used to compute the data describing behavior of the flexible component of the working mechanism. Simulation of hydraulics dynamics behavior was done using ADAMS/Hydraulics. The method has been implemented in an MSC. ADAMS model of the working mechanism wheel loader. A whole working cycle processes of the wheel loader were simulated and the results gave the whole movement processes of the working mechanism and the flexible part strength status successfully.
