摘要
本文介绍了采用高效液相色谱法，在反相ＯＤＳ柱上，以甲醇、水作流动相，紫外检测器进行检测，采用内标法定量，对灭多威原药及制剂进行了分析，方法具有线性范围宽、准确度高、重现性好及样品处理简单、分析速度快等特点，适于工业生产控制及产品质量监控。
Determination of methomyl is by reversed phase(RP-HPLC)with 250×4.6mm ODC column,methanol/water(48/52)as mobile phase, DMP as internal standard,detected in 23 2nm wave length.the standard deriation and avererage recovery of the method was 0.3、100.2% respectively.It have been used as control of Production and product quality.
