摘要
从风、热、瘀三个方面论述了小儿过敏性紫癜的病因病机特点,抓住病因病机的核心,予祛风清热化瘀为主的方法治疗患儿42例,结果治愈30例,显效9例,无效3例,总有效率92.8%。认为用本法治疗过敏性紫癜可收到满意的疗效。
It expounds the features of causa morbi and mechanism of children allergic purpura from 3 points of wind, hot and stasis; by grasping the core of disease cause and mechanism, 42 patients were treated with the method centered on removing wind, clearing heat and resolving phlegm. The result showed 30 cases were cured, 9 effective, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 92.8%. It concludes that the said method has satisfactory effect on treating allergic purpura.
