摘要
本文在对目前我省海洋环境现状和造成环境污染因素作了一番审视和分析研究的基础上,提出福建海洋环境管理几点初步的对策和建议,供有关管理部门参考借鉴。
This paper attempts to analyze the marine environment in Fujian province and the factors of marine pollution, initiate the basic countermeasures and suggestions on the management of marine environment.
