摘要
采用随机区组试验设计,对武当木兰进行嫩枝扦插育苗实验,结果表明,不同基质、ABT 1号生根粉不同质量浓度对插穗成活率影响显著,提高嫩枝扦插成活率的最佳处理组合为:以混沙土为基质、100mg/L的ABT 1号生根粉溶液浸泡12 h,成活率、平均生根数、平均根长最高,分别比对照高出20个百分点、7.0条和8.3 cm。
An experiment on softwood cutting of Magnolia sprengeri Pomp was conducted with randomized block design. The results showed that different substrates and different concentrations of No. 1 ABT, a hormone, had a significant effect on the survival rate of cutting shoots. The best treatment combination for a high survival rate of cutting shoots was: a mixing substrate of sand and soil, dipping cuttings in solution of No. 1 ABT with a 100 mg/L concentration for 12 hours. With this treatment combination the survival rate, the mean number of rooting, and the mean length of rooting were 20% , 7.0 and 8.3 cm higher than the control respectively.
