摘要 应用博弈论的方法研究了我国制造企业竞争战略选择的问题.分析了我国制造企业竞争优势的现状,然后在此基础上建立了我国制造企业同国外领先制造企业基于价格和差异化的组合战略选择的博弈模型,接着通过对模型的求解和纳什均衡的讨论分析了双方在博弈均衡状态下的战略选择,并把这一研究结果用来指导我国制造企业竞争战略制定的实践,最后通过具体的算例模拟我国制造企业怎样在变化的环境下调整自己的战略. This paper aims to make a research on the problem of competitive strategy selection of Chinese manufacturing enterprises based on game theory. Analyzes the status of competitive advantages of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. Based on the above analysis, establishes a game model about how Chinese manufacturing enterprises make use of the mixed strategy of price and differentiation to compete with the overseas leading manufacturing enterprises. Analyses the strategy selection in duopoly game equilibrium based on the solution to the model and the discussion of Nash equilibrium, and puts the research outcome into practice to instruct Chinese manufacturing enterprises to make correct decisions about competitive strategy. This paper presents numerical example to simulate the adjusting of strategy of Chinese manufacturing enterprises in the changing circumstance.
