免疫诱导后美洲大蠊体内蛋白质、氨基酸的变化研究 被引量:6

摘要 经免疫诱导,美洲大蠊血淋巴可产生抑菌活性,诱导后不同时间血淋巴中的蛋白质和总氨基酸含量均有明显变化。其中,亮氨酸的含量增加显著,在诱导144h后,含量已达520.185mg/mL,是未处理个体的4.18倍;胱氨酸含量不随时间而变化。电泳结果表明:头、胸部和足组织均没有新物质产生,腹部组织和血淋巴均有新的物质产生。用头部、胸部、足和腹部肌肉的研磨液进行抑菌实验,没有抑菌活性。 Antibacterial activity of hemolymph in cockroach ( Periplaneta amer/cana L. ) was induced by E. co/i K88 Content of protein and total amino acid in hemolymph were measured before and after P. americana was induced. The content of Leu was 520.185 mg/mL in 144 h after the cockroach was inducted, and 4.18 times higher than that of normal cockroach. The content of Cys wasn't changed. The results of dectrophoresis showed that new materials were not found in grind liquid from head, besom and feet, and there were no antibacterial activity. New bands appeared in electrophoresis gd indicated the new materials might be induced in hemolymph and grind liquid from abdomen of cockroach, which needs further investigation.
