摘要
本文简要回顾了粮食安全内涵的动态演进和我国粮食生产状况的阶段性变化,分析了粮食生产变化的内在原因,明确了目前提升粮食生产能力所面临的主要限制因素是自然资源紧缺、基础设施建设滞后、科技支撑能力不强和政策扶持力度不够,提出了提升我国粮食生产能力的政策建议。
This article reviews the dynamic evolution of intrinsic food security and changes in different stages of grain production of China. The intrinsic causes of changes of grain production had been analyzed. The main factors limiting enhancement of the grain production are： being short of natural resources, undeveloped infrastructure construction,lack of hard-hitting support on technology and lack of suitable policy. Advice on policy for enhancing grain production capacity of China was given.
