摘要
分析我国旅行社的现状及面临的挑战,旅行社应采用联盟式的经营模式,而网络式企业联盟是中小旅行社企业联盟的有效形式。应从对外形象、联盟组织网络平台、产品设计与营销利益分配与运营监督等方面设想旅行社联盟经营模式的构建方法。
With an analysis of the current situation and challenge of Chinese tourist agencies, this thesis points out that the agencies should create business alliance and enhance the business mode with internet which is very effective for those medium and small sized tourist agencies. The brand image of agencies, the alliance business internet platform, products design and profits arrangement are also discussed to establish the organization of tourist agencies alliance.
