Abstract:30 cases of lenkemia in children have been treated by recombinant human grannlocyte colony stimulating factor (rhG--CSF),including 28 cases of All and M4c.M6 one case each.G-CSF was given from 1. 5μg to 10μg per kilogram. 29 cases of white blood cell count and all of absolute neutrophil cunt were increased. G--CSF has shortened the time of lenkocyte and granulocyte recovery.
