摘要
根据ASME PTC6汽轮机性能验收试验规范确定低压缸排汽比焓的计算原则,介绍了目前国内外对计算低压缸排汽比焓及热力过程线的4种处理方法,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了具体的分析。针对某一具体机型,给出了4种处理方法的计算结果,并在实际试验计算中对各种处理方法的具体应用提出了建议。
Based on ASME PTC6 Turbine Performance Acceptance Test Code, the principle of calculating the specific enthalpy of exhaust steam from low pressure (LP) cylinder has been determined, and four processing methods for condition curves in calculation of specific enthalpy for exhaustc steam from LP cylinder at home and abroad being presented, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method being analysed. Directing against one concrete unit type, the calculated results of four processing methods have been given, and recommendations for concrete application of each processing method in practical test and calculation being put forward.
